Freedom Shooting Center’s NFA Checklist is designed to provide us with the necessary information to be able to link your NFA item to your Silencer Shop account. If you have an NFA item being transferred to our store or have an item already here, download and fill out our NFA Checklist. Don’t hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your NFA Checklist and respond to emails.

We utilize Silencer Shop for all our Form 4 processing. Silencer Shop makes it easy to file your NFA paperwork with the ATF. You can start your account with them online or wait until you’re in store. Signing up takes about 30 minutes including submitting your fingerprints and taking your passport style photo.
