Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Typically, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. If an order is placed on a weekend, processing and shipping times may be longer.

Q: How do I know if a firearm or magazine capacity is compliant in my state?
A: Every state has different laws and regulations on different firearms and magazine capacity. Before placing an order for a firearm or magazine, please contact your local FFL dealer to ensure that the firearm or magazine you would like to order is compliant in your state. Q: Can you ship a pistol lower receiver to California?
A: No, Pistol Receivers on not on the California Roster.
Q: What is the Return Policy?
Q: Can I order an out of stock item, and you send it once it comes in? (Back Ordering)
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders at this time.
Q: Can I purchase Ammunition and have it shipped to California?
A: Yes, ONLY if you are a COE Holder otherwise the ammunition will be shipped to your local FFL. All customers are responsible for getting their COE credentials or FFL information to us. If you purchase ammunition from us and you're in a banned locality, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded. Restocking fees may apply.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: Shipping cost is determined by weight on most products. Firearms have a higher shipping cost because of the type of shipping and the protection needed for it to be shipped. We do our best to bring affordability to the prices of shipping.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you have completed an order, download the Route App and type in your tracking number there. Route will provide you with real time tracking for your order.
